Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree graduate with Finance or Accounting focus
• Fluency in business English is a must
• Procurement/Accounts Payable experience is an advantage
• Analytical, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Good communication and MS Office skills
• SAP knowledge is an advantage

Responsibilities

• Extract and analyze open Purchase Order follow up
• Validate open Purchase Requisitions
• Convert compliant Purchase Requisitions to Purchase Orders
• Analyze and resolve issues (GR/IR, parked invoices)
• Generate Procurement reporting to market
• Ensure compliance with Nestlé standards and procurement practices
• Create and maintain standard procedures
• Train team members in Source to Pay process
