Job summary

Nestlé Business Services in Meycauayan, Bulacan is seeking an Accounting Analyst to join our global team. You will perform general ledger reconciliations, bank reconciliations, intra-group and fixed assets accounting, and ensure timely reporting during period-end close.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, at least 2 years of basic accounting experience, and strong analytical and interpersonal skills. SAP and MS applications knowledge is a plus; shift flexibility is expected.

Responsibilities

• Perform tasks in GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting.
• Perform accounts reconciliation.

• Meet KPIs and resolve issues per markets’ requirements.
• Collaborate with Market/Streams to resolve issues.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives.

A day in the life of...

• Perform tasks applicable to specific processes (GL Recon, Bank Recon, Intra Group and Fixed Assets Accounting)
• Perform Accounts Reconciliation
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting as needed during Period-End Close
• Ensure Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
• Ensure that all issues are investigated/resolved according to the markets’ requirements
