Job summary

Zuellig Pharma is seeking a field sales professional in Dagupan, Philippines to establish and nurture relationships with pharmacy owners and key decision-makers. Expectations of the Role

• Establish and nurture relationships with retail pharmacy owners, purchasing managers, and other key decision-makers
• Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within your assigned territory
• Provide excellent customer service and effectively resolve any issues or concerns
• Accurately record and update customer information and sales activities in the company's CRM system
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement targeted promotional campaigns
• Participate in trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to represent the company and showcase our products
• Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets

Must-Have

• A valid driver's license and the ability to travel within Dagupan Area
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to effectively handle customer inquiries and concerns
• Analytical mindset and the ability to interpret market data and trends
