Job summary

HSBC Philippines is seeking an experienced professional to join our Trade Global Treasury Services team as Manager Trade Middle Office. You will lead daily operational processing, ensure accuracy, and drive continuous improvement across client onboarding, payments, and compliance workflows.

You will manage teams, monitor SLAs, coordinate with internal stakeholders, and strengthen controls under ICC rules, GTS policies, and sanctions screening.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in trade operations and financial services.
• Knowledge of ICC rules and GTS policies.
• Proven leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
