Job summary

JPMorganChase Philippines seeks a Trade Operations Lead to direct day-to-day delivery, resilience, and control outcomes for a trade operations team. You will set priorities, manage escalations, and partner with internal stakeholders for timely updates and risk governance.

You will coach the team, drive process improvements, and reduce operational risk while ensuring high-quality execution and seamless operations.

Qualifications

End-to-end trade lifecycle understanding for equities, ETFs, and mutual funds.
Hands-on Python automation for data processing, reconciliations, and reporting.
Excel proficiency for reconciliations, trackers, and break analysis.
Operational risk and controls mindset; audit readiness.
Develop practical solutions to reduce operational risk and manual effort.
Strong stakeholder management with clear communication in time-sensitive situations.
Experience leading process improvement initiatives in operations.
People leadership including coaching and raising team quality.
12 years of relevant experience in trade operations.

Responsibilities

Serve as senior escalation point for high-impact trade breaks and settlement fails.
Own operational risk management and controls; ensure documentation quality and audit readiness.
Manage stakeholder communications and service levels across internal partners.
Lead the team through coaching, performance management, and coverage planning.
Drive continuous improvement to reduce manual effort and recurring issues.
