Job summary

Fly Ace Corporation in Pasay is seeking a Trade Marketing Supervisor for a full-time, on-site role. You will develop and execute trade marketing plans to support brand and sales goals, oversee in-store activations, promotions, and merchandising, and collaborate with sales, brand marketing, and key accounts to align strategies with market opportunities.

You will analyze trade performance, manage budgets, coordinate with agencies and suppliers, and prepare regular reports.

Qualifications

• Strong market planning and trade marketing skills; experience in developing and implementing trade programs and campaigns.
• Analytical skills for interpreting sales data, market trends, and promotional effectiveness.
• Excellent communication skills for coordinating with internal teams, external partners, and trade customers.
• Proven experience in sales or sales support roles in FMCG or food & beverage industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• Ability to work on-site in Pasay, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and other reporting tools.
• Demonstrated ability to build productive relationships with trade partners and cross-functional teams.
