Job summary

Batzam1 Sales Distribution Corporation in the Philippines is seeking a Trade Marketing and Admin Supervisor to activate and monitor Cycle Plan implementations at the distributor level.

You will coordinate with Operations heads, allocate POS materials, update the Principal on Cycle Plan progress, and gather feedback for action planning. The role emphasizes timely liquidation submissions and close collaboration with the sales team and agency partners.

Qualifications

• College Graduate (preferably Marketing Graduate).
• Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
• Preferably with 1 year promo activation experience in FMCG.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activation of Cycle Plan with Operations heads and deploy POSM/stock.
• Allocate POS materials and stocks to sales team per Cycle Plan.
• Update Principal on Cycle Plan implementation at distributor.
• Gather feedback and monitoring reports for action planning.
• Ensure on-time submission of liquidation requirements after each cycle plan.
• Assist OM in Local Trade channel assessment and consolidation.
• Consolidate regional market intelligence and provide feedback to OMs/ASMs/RFOEs.
• Suggest local programs with OMs to address brand and category performance.
• Support third party promotions agency in KRAs and manage coordination with agencies.
• Set and regularize objectives with Agency Coordinators for merchandising programs.
• Manage planning, allocation and disposal of regional promotional materials.
• Adhere to company policies and safety/environment procedures.
• Perform any functions as assigned by Operations Manager.
