Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or related field.
• Experience in trade marketing, field operations, sales, or brand activation is an advantage.
• Experience supervising field teams and managing promotional activities is an advantage.
• Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Willing to travel extensively and conduct regular fieldwork.
• Results-driven, customer-focused, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor the assigned team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales and productivity targets.
• Ensure proper execution of trade marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and merchandising standards.
• Conduct coaching, field visits, audits, and performance reviews to improve team productivity and compliance.
• Monitor customer acquisition, activation, and retention initiatives to ensure quality customer engagement.
• Oversee attendance, deployment, inventory, and proper utilization of promotional materials and company assets.
• Coordinate campaign rollouts, event activations, and partner initiatives with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit accurate operational, sales, and campaign performance reports on time.
• Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, merchants, partners, and other key stakeholders.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
