Job summary

Sunpride Foods, Inc. Head Office is seeking a Trade Strategy & Execution professional to design and execute channel-specific programs across retail, wholesale, food service, and key accounts.

The role focuses on seasonal drives and push/pull tactics to boost category performance. You will lead POSM rollout and in-store visibility, manage merchandising and FEFO compliance, and coordinate promotional campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years in trade or shopper marketing in FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Food Manufacturing.
• Proven track record in managing Modern Trade (supermarkets, hypermarkets), Traditional Trade (distributors, wholesalers), and HORECA (Hotel/Restaurant/Catering/Foodservice) channels.
• Strong ability to analyze retail audit data, sales-out reports, trade margins, and promotional activities.
• Hands-on mindset with willingness to spend significant time in the field auditing stores, managing agency promoters, and coordinating with retail managers.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute channel-specific trade programs for retail, wholesale, food service, and key accounts.
• Lead rollout of point-of-sale materials, floor displays, end-caps, and cold-chain merchandising units.
• Optimize shelf placement and planograms while enforcing FEFO protocols to prevent stock expiration.
• Coordinate in-store promotional execution, sampling, trade schemes, bundles, and price-off campaigns.
• Conduct field audits to verify brand presence, stock availability, pricing, and cold-chain compliance.
• Manage trade promotion budgets, track ROI, and optimize spend.
• Align with field sales, distributors, and key accounts to match trade activity calendars.
