The Trade Marketing Head is responsible for developing and leading the company’s trade marketing strategy to strengthen market presence, accelerate sales growth, and maximize brand performance across key locations. The role provides strategic direction for localized marketing, store launches, customer activations, and community engagement initiatives, while ensuring alignment with overall business and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Trade Marketing Strategy: Develops and leads the overall trade marketing agenda across assigned markets, translating business priorities and market insights into strategies that drive sales, customer acquisition, and brand growth.
• Market & Commercial Planning: Uses customer insights, sales performance, competitive intelligence, and market trends to identify growth opportunities and establish localized strategies that address the needs of specific markets and customer segments.
• Local Marketing Strategy: Sets the direction for market-specific initiatives designed to strengthen store performance, increase customer traffic, grow transactions and spend, and build customer loyalty.
• Store Network Expansion: Leads the marketing strategy for new locations, ensuring strong market entry plans from pre-launch through post-opening. Establishes initiatives that build awareness, generate customer demand, and support the long-term performance of newly opened stores.
• Integrated Marketing Activations: Provides strategic direction for local execution of product launches, seasonal initiatives, and brand campaigns. Ensures marketing programs are relevant to target customers and effectively translate brand strategies into market-level consumer engagement.
• Community & Stakeholder Engagement: Builds strategic relationships with local organizations, community groups, influencers, and other stakeholders to strengthen the company’s presence and relevance within priority markets.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Partners closely with Sales, Operations, Brand Marketing, and other key functions to ensure trade marketing strategies are aligned with commercial priorities and effectively executed across the organization.

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of relevant experience in trade marketing, retail marketing, or a related commercial function, with strong exposure to local market development, market expansion, and customer penetration strategies.
• Proven experience in developing and implementing market-level marketing strategies and localized campaigns that support business growth and strengthen brand presence.
• Strong strategic thinking, commercial acumen, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Comfortable working in a hybrid setup based in Ortigas and willing to travel to various locations as required for market visits, business reviews, and field activities.
