About the role

The Trade Marketing Specialist will support the execution of trade marketing strategies and in-store promotional activities to strengthen brand visibility and improve market presence. This role involves coordinating with internal teams, suppliers, and retail partners, monitoring marketing performance and budgets, and ensuring the timely and cost-effective implementation of trade marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Trade Marketing Execution: Plan, implement, and evaluate trade marketing activities to improve in-store presence, product visibility, and brand awareness.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Product Management, suppliers, and retailers to ensure the successful execution of marketing initiatives.
• Supplier and Business Partner Management: Coordinate with suppliers and negotiate cost-effective trade marketing projects and promotional activities.
• Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze the effectiveness of trade marketing campaigns and in-store activities, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Budget Management: Monitor and optimize channel-specific trade marketing budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and recommending budget adjustments when necessary.
• Operational Efficiency: Follow established processes, service-level agreements, and project deadlines to ensure timely completion of trade marketing activities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a bachelor's degree or a two-year course in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in trade marketing, marketing operations, retail promotions, or a related field.
• Good communication and coordination skills in English and Filipino.
