Job summary

Motolite is seeking a Trade Marketing support professional to assist in planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing programs aimed at boosting product visibility and sell-through in retail and distribution channels. This role supports promotions, POP deployment, and partner coordination while tracking results and preparing summaries for reviews.

Qualified candidates include those with 1–2 years in trade marketing or fresh graduates with strong internships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years experience in trade marketing, sales support, or merchandising coordination preferred; fresh graduates with internship accepted.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to multitask and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support rollout of trade promotions, discounts, bundling, and in-store merchandising across dealers and retailers.
• Coordinate printing, packing, and distribution of merchandising materials (posters, banners, price tags, wobblers, displays).
• Liaise with sales teams for promo requirements and dealer support.
• Maintain records of promo mechanics, partner participation, and results; assist in processing claims.
• Monitor store execution of trade activities; collect photos and competitor info.
• Prepare sales data, dealer feedback, and performance reports for reviews.
• Track stock of trade materials and suggest reorder levels.
• Provide administrative support to Trade Marketing team.

Job Summary:

Provides support in the planning, execution, and monitoring of trade marketing programs aimed at driving product visibility, conversion, and sell-through in retail and distribution channels. This role assists in the implementation of trade promotions, POP (point-of-purchase) material distribution, trade partner coordination, and performance tracking to ensure alignment with the sales and brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities Program Support: Assist in the rollout of trade promotions, discounts, bundling activities, and in-store merchandising programs across dealers, retailers, and other trade partners. Material Preparation and Deployment: Coordinate the printing, packing, and distribution of merchandising materials (e.g., posters, banners, price tags, wobblers, display stands) to ensure timely availability in trade outlets. Sales Team Coordination: Liaise with sales teams for trade promo requirements, requests for POP materials, and dealer support needs. Documentation and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of trade promo mechanics, partner participation, promo claims, and actual results. Assist in processing promotional claims and documentation. Market Monitoring: Monitor store execution of trade activities, take photos, gather competitor information, and report findings to Trade Marketing or Brand team. Data Support and Reporting: Compile sales data, dealer feedback, and activity performance for analysis. Assist in preparing presentations or summary reports for evaluations and business reviews. Inventory Management: Track stocks of trade-related materials and recommend reorder levels or replenishment plans. Other Tasks: Provide administrative support to the Trade Marketing team including coordination with suppliers, scheduling of events, and internal routing of approvals.

Qualifications Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Experience: Preferably with 1-2 years of experience in trade marketing, sales support, or merchandising coordination. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience may also be considered.
