Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in sales monitoring, inventory movement, and dealer support.
• Strong coordination and leadership skills.
• Data-driven and capable of analyzing sales performance and campaign results.
• Willing to travel and conduct branch visits.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute trade marketing programs aligned with company sales targets and campaigns.
• Coordinate with branch managers and cluster heads to ensure proper implementation of promotions and merchandising standards.
• Monitor sales performance and provide insights to improve market penetration and branch productivity.
• Ensure consistent brand visibility across all branches and satellite stores.
• Lead in-store activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Support branches in local marketing initiatives to increase foot traffic and customer engagement.
• Conduct regular field visits to evaluate execution and compliance with marketing standards.
• Prepare reports on campaign performance, ROI, and sales impact.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and other departments to align strategies toward total customer satisfaction.
• Identify market opportunities and competitor activities within assigned areas.
