Job summary

Hollybank Trustees Ltd in the Philippines seeks an Operations Associate to manage end-to-end import, export, and domestic trade activities for CZ's Food Ingredients and related goods. You will own shipment planning, customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, invoicing, and payments, driving compliance and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years in international trade operations or related fields.
• Deep knowledge of Philippine import processes and compliance.
• Experience with customs clearance and importation in the Philippines.
• Experience with brokers, forwarders, shipping lines, 3PL in PH.
• Qualification in logistics or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end execution of import/export/ domestic trade contracts.
• Coordinate shipment planning, customs clearance, warehousing, delivery, invoicing, and payments.
• Prepare and manage delivery receipts, warehouse receipts, and release orders.
• Monitor shipments, resolve issues, ensure timely cargo movement.
• Maintain records and ensure regulatory compliance across processes.
• Lead process improvements and SOP development with cross-functional teams.
• Provide guidance and coaching to team members; participate in regional calls.
