Job summary

JPMorganChase in Manila is seeking an Analyst for the Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS) to manage day-to-day post-trade activities for clients, including instruction capture, match, confirmation, settlement, and reconciliations.

You will work with global teams to resolve exceptions, perform root cause analyses, and support digital enhancements while meeting service level agreements; a fast-paced environment requires strong communication, analytical skills, and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Capture all trade instructions in booking systems, ensuring accuracy and timely service delivery.
• Facilitate end-to-end post-trade execution functions, from matching to settlements and investigate trade-related exceptions.
• Perform balance and transactional reconciliations of client records against custody/brokers and provide root cause analysis.
• Partner with global teams to resolve exceptions and trade issues with clients, brokers, and technology partners.
• Manage new business initiatives from clients to support business expansion opportunities.
• Support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes.
