Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end post-trade execution functions, from matching to settlements and investigate trade-related exceptions.
• Perform balance and transactional reconciliations of client records against custody/brokers and provide root cause analysis.
• Partner with global teams to resolve exceptions and trade issues with clients, brokers, and technology partners.
• Manage new business initiatives from clients to support business expansion opportunities.
• Support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes.

As an Analyst in Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS), you will manage the day-to-day operations of post-trade activities for clients including instruction capture, trade matching, confirmation, settlement, claims management, reconciliations. This dynamic role provides an in depth view of the end-to-end trade lifecycle on the IMOS strategic platform. You will be responsible for timely and accurate management of trades, performing analysis to increase efficiencies and straight through processing, and resolving exceptions within required service level agreements.

Job Responsibilities

• Capture all trade instructions in booking systems, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of service delivery in downstream Investment Middle Office Service (IMOS) systems and elevate issues for urgent matters or assistance
• Facilitate the end-to-end post-trade execution functions, from matching to settlements and investigate trade related exceptions
• Perform balance and transactional reconciliation of client records against street (custody / transfer agency/ brokers) from providing root cause analysis to resolving exceptions
• Partner with various global teams (internal and external) to resolve exceptions and trade issues: Client facing teams to communicate and resolve client issues; Broker/custodians and other relevant parties to meet settlement and market cut-offs; Technology to report and solution system bugs/incidents
• Manage new business initiatives from clients to support the business expansion opportunities
• Support global and local projects on digital solutions, system enhancements, and market rule changes

Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities

• Prior knowledge of the trade lifecycle, fund accounting and/or experience supporting trade business
• Experience in automation tools such as Alteryx, Tableau, UiPath, Xceptor, Instabase
• Knowledge of financial products such as Equities, Fixed Income, FX, Collateral, Derivatives, Money Market, Cash Products

Shift Schedule: Should be flexible to do morning and/or midshift (9am-6pm or 3pm-12am PHT)
