Job summary

SGS in the Philippines seeks a Sales Affiliate Trade Analyst to manage remote client engagement and oversee PCA/PVoC service applications. You will ensure documentation compliance for CoC issuance and serve as the central coordinator among clients, on-site sales affiliate, TCT, inspection, and laboratory teams.

You'll drive timely issuance of CoC/NCR through document review, follow-ups, and system controls, coordinating with TCT Manila and laboratories while maintaining accurate records for

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in international trade, certification, or import/export operations.
• Proven experience in customer care / client attention.

Responsibilities

• Manage remote client engagement and application processing for PCA/PVoC services.
• Ensure completeness and compliance of documentation for CoC issuance.
• Act as central coordination point between client, on site sales affiliate, TCT (CC), inspection, and laboratory.
• Drive timely CoC / NCR issuance through document review, follow-up, and system control.
