Responsibilities

• Cascade trade activation activities and updates to Supervisors for proper implementation.
• Monitor progress of activities and provide regular status reports.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate operational data from the field.
• Prepare and present weekly project and performance updates to the client.
• Conduct field visits to monitor execution, ensure compliance, and address concerns.

Job Summary

The Trade Activation Specialist is responsible for coordinating, monitoring, and supporting the successful implementation of trade activation and project activities in the field. The role involves cascading project directives and updates, monitoring activity execution, consolidating field data, preparing performance reports, and conducting field visits to ensure compliance and achievement of project objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Cascade trade activation activities, directives, and updates to Supervisors to ensure proper implementation.
• Monitor the progress and execution of assigned activities and provide regular status reports.
• Gather, validate, and consolidate operational data from the field.
• Prepare and present weekly project and performance updates to the principal/client.
• Conduct field visits to monitor activity execution, ensure compliance, and address operational concerns.

Qualifications

• Background or experience in FMCG merchandising, trade activation, or related activities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
