Job summary

WeConnect Technology Philippines is seeking a Site Construction Coordinator to oversee telecom site construction progress in Cebu City. You will coordinate with Globe, tower companies, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure access, readiness and timely deployment of resources.

You will maintain progress trackers, identify delay risks and drive recovery plans. The role requires close collaboration with multiple stakeholders to ensure site handover and readiness for subsequent equipment

• Track the tower company’s site construction progress across acquisition, permitting, civil works, tower works, shelter/room readiness and related facilities.
• Coordinate with Globe, tower companies, subcontractors and internal teams to resolve site access, construction readiness, resource deployment and blocking issues.
• Maintain the site progress tracker, identify delay risks and drive recovery plans and issue closure.

Job description

-Track the tower company’s site construction progress, including site acquisition, permitting, civil works, tower works, shelter/room readiness, and other supporting facilities.

-Coordinate with Globe, tower companies, subcontractors, and internal teams to resolve site access, construction readiness, resource deployment, and blocking issues.

-Maintain the site progress tracker, identify delay risks, and drive recovery plans and issue closure.

-Provide regular updates on project progress, risks, issue lists, and completion forecasts.

-Drive the tower company to complete site handover and ensure the site is ready for subsequent equipment installation and on‑air activities.
