The Territory Delivery Lead is the overall Access Delivery Project Manager for an assigned Territory or National Area, overseeing the end-to-end build process from site acquisition to project closure. The role ensures successful delivery of network infrastructure projects, primarily focused on wireless, broadband, and other support facilities.
Responsibilities
- Build Delivery: Oversee and manage the end-to-end build process including SAQ, permitting, infrastructure, transport, telecom and IBS, ensuring timely and quality delivery.
- Territory Alignment: Consistently align with the Territory Tribe and prioritize projects that significantly impact Territory KPIs.
- Innovation and Strategy: Strategize and implement innovative practices to meet territory targets and improve organizational efficiency.
- Build Plan Forecasting and Reporting: Lead forecasting and reporting of the build plan in quarterly sprints and annually.
- Impediment Resolution: Address and resolve impediments and roadblocks to ensure project success.
- Agile Project Management: Adhere to Agile Project Management principles and practices.
- Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with the delivery team, Territory Tribe, and other stakeholders.
- Vendor Management: Engage regularly with vendors, including CSPs and TowerCos, to clear dependencies and meet delivery expectations.
- KPIs: Provide full support on Consumer Mobile KPIs (National and Territory) such as Congestion, Coverage, OOKLA Consistency, Network Availability; support on Mobile NPS; support on Revenue Target.

HIRING REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of experience in a Project Management role.
- Agile practitioner is a plus.
- Preferred technical knowledge in wireless telecom access, OSP, transport, broadband, and telecom support facilities.
- Project Management training or certification is an advantage.
