Job summary

SINIAN INT'L CORPORATION seeks a Site Engineer to supervise civil construction activities on-site, ensuring alignment with project specs, schedules and safety standards.

Ideal candidates will have a Civil Engineering background, plus 2+ years in telecommunication tower construction, with strong organizational and communication skills and knowledge of safety and quality practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelors/College Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in telecommunication tower construction (Full Turn-Key).
• Preferably Site Engineer in Civil/Construction Engineering.

Responsibilities

• Lead and monitor on-site construction activities per specs, schedules and safety standards.
• Conduct regular inspections to ensure work meets engineering and company standards.
• Coordinate with project managers, contractors and suppliers for timely materials and services.
• Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries and QA documents.
• Address on-site issues related to construction, quality and safety with effective solutions.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and conduct risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Supervision: Lead and monitor construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project specifications, schedules, and safety standards.
• Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections to ensure all work meets engineering and company standards and adheres to client specifications.
• Coordination: Liaise with project managers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient workflow and timely delivery of materials and services.
• Documentation: Prepare and submit progress reports, site diaries, and quality assurance documentation for project tracking.
• Problem-Solving: Address on-site issues related to construction, quality, and safety, proposing effective solutions when challenges arise.
• Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce safety protocols, conducting risk assessments and ensuring a safe working environment for all team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
