• Professional Experience: College graduate with at least 3 years of working experience.
• Leadership Experience: At least 1 year of experience.
• Project Experience: At least 1 year of experience.

Responsabilités

• Budget Creation & Management: Handles Personnel Cost Creation and Management, HR Opex Creation and Management, Budget ID Management, JERA Budget Creation and Approval, SLA Management and GTCOE - JERA Charging.
• Financial Monitoring & Alignment: Conducts Monthly DER Monitoring and Analysis, Midyear LTF Management and Analysis, Ensures OWP alignment with Personnel Cost Budget.
• Governance, Process & Quality Review: Policy reviews, 2nd level review, acts as SF Data Steward, policy cascades, internal audit lead.
• Strategic Projects & Recognition: Leads Automation Projects, creates Rewards & Recognition structure.
• Compensation Management: Manages Annual Merit Increase, Performance Incentive Scheme, statutory compliance, MI/PIS templates.
• Benefits Administration: Aligns BU benefits, reviews with HR, researches new benefits, retirement actuarial reports.
• HR Systems: Ensures data completeness in People Central.
• Technology Development: Develops and monitors innovative strategies.
• Analytics: Collects data and provides forecasts.
• IMS: Adheres to ISO and information security policies, reports incidents.
