Job summary

Adec-Innovations is seeking a Business Process Associate in Baguio to perform data entry tasks aligned with client quality standards. Under Line Leader supervision, you will process documentations for Title and Escrow and ensure on-time delivery of files.

The role welcomes fresh graduates, requires SHS or two years of college, and prefers at least one year in BPO. You will work onsite at Upper Session Road with shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends, and complete training as

Qualifications

• Completed SHS or at least 2 years of college education.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1-year relevant experience in BPO industry is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.
• Work onsite at Upper Session Road, Baguio City.

Responsibilities

• Processes documentations for Title and Escrow and/or uses it as references for deliverables as instructed in procedures and ensures accurate completion and on-time delivery of files.
• Raises queries for unclear instructions and informs immediate superior/partners of discrepancies to ensure accuracy of deliverables.
• Reports issues with client-supplied applications and machine/network to superior for seamless production.
• Attends and completes training and orientations to fulfill department and client needs as per contract/training agreement.
• Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations.
