Job summary

Adec-Innovations is seeking an Examiner Associate to perform commercial examining tasks under supervision at our Baguio office. You will verify title documents, reference materials, and ensure timely, accurate file delivery to meet client KRAs.

The role welcomes fresh graduates, with 1 year of BPO experience considered an advantage, and requires willingness to work shifting schedules including holidays and weekends, onsite at Upper Session Road, Baguio City.

Qualifications

• Completed SHS or at least 2 years of college education.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• At least 1 year of relevant experience in BPO is an advantage.
• Willing to work on shifting schedules, including holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Searches and Examines properties for Title documentation and uses it as reference for deliverables.
• Ensures accurate completion and on-time delivery of files to satisfy KRAs with clients.
• Raises queries for unclear instructions and informs supervisor or partners of discrepancies.
• Reports issues with client-supplied applications and machine/network breakdowns promptly.
• Attends and completes training as applicable to fulfill department needs and client requirements.
• Ensures compliance with company rules and regulations.
