Job summary

Connext in the Philippines is seeking a detail-oriented Title Analyst to join our growing team. You will review title documents and property records, identify discrepancies, and help ensure title files are accurate and complete.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of title-related experience in mortgage, real estate, or property industries, plus strong research and analytical skills. Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace is required.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of title-related experience in mortgage, real estate, or property industries.
Experience reviewing title reports, title documents, or property records.
Strong research, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Excel and Google Workspace.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
