Job summary

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting/HR/Business Administration or related field.
• At least 1 year experience in HR, payroll and timekeeping.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and payroll practices.
• Ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Collects employees DTR (Daily Time Record) and payroll information.
• Verifies employee attendance and pro-actively validates to employee.
• Maintains timekeeping and payroll databases.
• Reports possible AWOL cases to Employee Relations for RTWN.
• Monitors and records timekeeping attendance performance and tardiness.
• Prepares and issues pay slips.
• Responds to timekeeping queries and disputes.
• Assists Comp & Ben on benefits-related activities.
