Job summary

Aboitiz Construction, Inc. is seeking a site-timekeeping supervisor to oversee daily monitoring of workers and enforce overtime posting procedures at the Kalayaan, Laguna site.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in civil/construction, and strong skills in timekeeping, checking, and monitoring. Flexibility and proactive decision-making are essential for this role on a demanding construction site.

• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.

• Flexible.
• Willing to be assigned in Kalayaan, Laguna.

• Monitor all employees at site daily.
• Post daily overtime to respective timecards.
• Prepare manpower listing every payday.
• Accountable for validation of time, overtime transactions in timecards & VL/SL for regular employees.
