The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree, 3+ years in civil/construction, and strong skills in timekeeping, checking, and monitoring. Flexibility and proactive decision-making are essential for this role on a demanding construction site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
• Required Skill(s): Timekeeping, Checking, Monitoring.
• Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employee specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Proactive and good at decision-making.
• Flexible.
• Willing to be assigned in Kalayaan, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Monitor all employees at site daily.
• Post daily overtime to respective timecards.
• Prepare manpower listing every payday.
• Accountable for validation of time, overtime transactions in timecards & VL/SL for regular employees.
