Job summary

Don Lee Builders, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Timekeeper to join our construction team in Manila. The role focuses on accurately recording employee work hours, monitoring attendance, preparing timesheets, and supporting payroll and manpower reporting.

You will maintain daily records, verify timesheets for payroll, track overtime and absences, and coordinate with site supervisors to ensure accurate manpower allocation and labor reports.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Timekeeper, Payroll Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is preferred.
• Experience in the construction or related industry is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining employee records.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and comfortable using payroll, attendance, or timekeeping systems.
