Amazon Inc. in Manila is building a new HR Services shared services center to support global operations.

We are hiring a Time and Attendance Operational Admin to manage timekeeping, data accuracy, and payroll-related tickets across buildings. You will work with the MyTime system and related tools, handle a high-volume ticket queue, and contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes in an international, multi-language environment.

Qualifications

• College level education required.
• Minimum N3 JLPT certification.
• Fluent in Japanese and English.
• Strong attention to detail and data auditing.
• Experience with HR processes is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Manage centralized time and attendance matters across buildings.
• Handle data entry and audits in MyTime and related systems.
• Resolve time and attendance tickets in a FIFO queue, prioritizing payroll-impacting issues.
• Participate in continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.
