USD Salary : $1,920 ($12 per hour) (based on experience, possibly more)

• Scale TikTok Shop revenue through affiliate and creator programs.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage TikTok creators and affiliates.

• 2+ years of hands‑on TikTok Shop backend management experience.
• Experience managing US-based TikTok Shop brands.
• Experience in Apparel, Fashion, or Footwear brands.
• Proven experience building and managing TikTok Affiliate Programs.
• Experience working with creators/influencers at scale.
• Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, promotions, fulfillment, and seller tools.
• Experience managing multiple brands or multiple TikTok Shops.
• Strong analytical skills and KPI reporting.

Highly Preferred

• Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Amazon MCF.
• Experience with US fulfillment platforms (Amazon MCF, Flexport, ShipBob, etc.).
• Experience creating SOPs and training team members.
• Experience launching or scaling TikTok Shops from scratch.
• Multi-brand agency experience.
• Growth in GMV or monthly sales.
• Successful affiliate recruitment and creator management.
• Case studies from US TikTok Shop brands.
• Apparel or footwear success stories.
• Portfolio, dashboards, screenshots, or performance reports showing TikTok Shop results.
