Job summary

gigaGMV is a fully remote TikTok Shop agency helping brands grow sales across the US and UK. This hands-on role focuses on day-to-day store ops, creator outreach, samples processing, and keeping listings, promotions, and campaigns up to date.

You will work from plans and guidelines set by the team, supporting creator campaigns, data pull, and Notion task tracking. Strong English, TikTok Shop knowledge, and US Eastern overlap are required.

Qualifications

• 1+ year hands-on TikTok Shop Seller Center experience.
• Strong spoken and written English.
• Likes memes.
• 4+ hours overlap with US Eastern time Mon-Fri.

Responsibilities

• Process creator samples daily and follow team guidelines.
• Send creator outreach and run automations set up by the team.
• Follow up with creators until videos are posted.
• Track active creators and help moderate the creator Discord.
• Help build and update listings, bundles and SKUs.
• Set up flash sales, promotions, coupons and affiliate plans as directed.
• Monitor shop performance and answer customer DMs.
• Prepare brand authorization paperwork and apply compliance fixes.
• Post in-house videos through the content manager.
• Pull data from Cruva and Seller Center for the team.
• Keep tasks updated in Notion.

gigaGMV is a TikTok Shop agency that helps brands grow their sales on TikTok Shop. We work with brands in skincare, oral care, licensed kids' goods and home products across the US and UK. We're a fully remote team, and you'll work closely with us every day.

The Role

This is a hands-on support role. You'll help our team with the day-to-day work behind our clients' TikTok Shop stores, like processing creator samples, following up with creators, and keeping listings, promotions and campaigns up to date. You'll work from the plans and guidelines our team sets.

What You'll Do

Creator outreach and samples

• Send creator outreach and run automations set up by the team
• Process sample requests daily, following team guidelines
• Follow up with creators until videos are posted
• Track active creators and help moderate the creator Discord

Store operations

• Help build and update listings, bundles and SKUs
• Set up flash sales, promotions, coupons and affiliate plans as directed
• Monitor shop performance and answer customer DMs
• Prepare brand authorization paperwork and apply compliance fixes
• Post in-house videos through the content manager

Campaigns and reporting

• Help run monthly creator campaigns and process rewards
• Pull data from Cruva and Seller Center for the team
• Keep tasks updated in Notion
