FNT CLOTHING CORP. in Manila is seeking an Affiliate Marketing Specialist to grow our TikTok Shop affiliate program, recruit creators, and drive traffic and sales.

You will develop campaigns, manage partnerships, monitor performance, and optimize strategies to maximize affiliate revenue. We value creative, proactive individuals with strong negotiation and data-driven mindset and experience in digital marketing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• With experience in affiliate marketing, influencer marketing, TikTok Shop, or digital marketing is preferred.
• Strong understanding of TikTok, TikTok Shop, affiliate marketing, and creator partnerships.
• Experience in identifying, recruiting, and managing influencers or content creators is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Creative, resourceful, and highly knowledgeable about current TikTok trends.
• Analytical and comfortable working with sales and campaign performance data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and other digital marketing tools.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple creators, campaigns, and deadlines.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute TikTok Shop affiliate marketing strategies aligned with sales and marketing goals.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant TikTok creators, influencers, and affiliates.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with creators and affiliate partners.
• Negotiate collaboration terms, commissions, product seeding, and other partnership arrangements.
• Coordinate affiliate campaigns, product promotions, and creator activities from planning to execution.
• Monitor affiliate and creator performance, including sales, GMV, traffic, clicks, conversions, and other KPIs.
• Analyze campaign results and optimize strategies to improve affiliate sales and ROI.
• Coordinate with the Marketing, Graphics, Content, E-Commerce, and Product teams for campaign requirements.
• Provide creators with product information, campaign guidelines, promotional materials, and content direction.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends, platform features, creator trends, and affiliate marketing best practices.
• Monitor competitor and industry activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Prepare regular reports and performance insights for management.
• Continuously identify new ways to expand the affiliate network and increase revenue through TikTok Shop.
