Job summary

C and C Platinum Trading Corporation is seeking an experienced Affiliate & E-Commerce Specialist to drive sales through TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate programs. You will cultivate partnerships with affiliates, creators, influencers, and KOLs, and develop campaigns that grow GMV across our e-commerce channels.

You will recruit and activate new partners, monitor performance metrics, and align activities with brand guidelines and platform policies, reporting regularly on results.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, E-Commerce, Communications or a related field.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in affiliate marketing, e-commerce, influencer marketing, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience with TikTok Shop and/or Shopee Affiliate programs.
• Established relationships within the affiliate, creator, influencer, or KOL community.
• Proven track record of generating e-commerce sales, orders, or GMV through affiliate marketing.
• Experience in recruiting, managing, and activating affiliates or content creators.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations, affiliate programs, and online selling.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Analytical and comfortable working with sales and performance data.
• Proactive, resourceful, organized, and results-oriented.
• Able to manage multiple campaigns, partnerships, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to grow TikTok Shop and Shopee Affiliate sales.
• Build, manage, and strengthen relationships with affiliates, content creators, influencers, and KOLs.
• Leverage established industry relationships to identify and activate potential affiliate partners.
• Recruit, onboard, and activate new affiliates and creators.
• Continuously expand the company’s affiliate and creator network.
• Identify suitable creators and affiliates based on audience, content, product fit, and performance.
• Develop affiliate campaigns, promotions, commission strategies, and incentives to drive sales.
• Coordinate product samples, vouchers, discounts, and other campaign requirements with affiliates.
• Work closely with the E-Commerce and Marketing teams on product launches, mega campaigns, and promotional activities.
• Monitor affiliate performance, including GMV, orders, sales, clicks, conversion rate, and ROI.
• Identify top-performing affiliates and develop strategies to maximize their sales contribution.
• Reactivate inactive affiliates and maintain consistent engagement with the affiliate community.
• Monitor TikTok Shop and Shopee trends, competitor activities, creator trends, and emerging affiliate opportunities.
• Analyze affiliate sales data and recommend strategies to improve performance and profitability.
• Prepare regular reports on affiliate performance, sales contribution, and campaign results.
• Ensure affiliate campaigns and activities are aligned with brand guidelines and platform policies.
