Job summary

INTREPID PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a results-driven Affiliate Executive to manage and grow our affiliate marketing initiatives on TikTok, Shopee and Lazada.

You will recruit, onboard, and nurture affiliates, creators, and live streamers, and coordinate with content teams to align brand messaging. With 1–2 years in affiliate marketing or e-commerce, you will analyze performance, optimize campaigns, negotiate incentives, and report ROI.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of proven experience in affiliate marketing, influencer management, or e-commerce.
• Experience with TikTok, Shopee and Lazada live selling campaigns and optimization.
• Ability to build and manage relationships with affiliates and creators.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of the affiliate program on TikTok, Shopee, and Lazada, from recruitment to campaign execution.
• Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with affiliates, creators, and live streamers.
• Coordinate with content creators to ensure brand messaging and visuals align with campaign goals.
• Monitor performance, analyze data, and prepare regular ROI reports.
• Negotiate commission structures and incentives to maximize engagement.
• Collaborate with marketing, e-commerce and creative teams to drive traffic and conversions.
• Stay updated on trends, algorithm changes, and competitive landscape to optimize campaigns.
• Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns for e-commerce events (e.g., 8.8, 9.9, 11.11).
• Ensure affiliate activities comply with brand guidelines and platform policies.
• Explore and test new affiliate platforms and marketing opportunities for expansion.
