Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Theater Production or related field.
• Extensive live event production experience (theater, concert, dance).
• Experience leading a stage/production team at a large venue.
• Hands-on with A/V gear: sound, lighting, projectors.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization.
• Fluent in English and Filipino.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the Stage and Production team, contractors, and event crew.
• Plan, coordinate, and oversee the technical and production requirements of all events.
• Conduct technical planning and advance work for upcoming performances and events.
• Set up and operate technical equipment such as audio/visual systems, sound boards, lighting consoles, projectors, and other production equipment.
• Create crew schedules, assign tasks, and ensure adequate staffing for each event.
• Coordinate with the Theatre Manager and other departments on event requirements, schedules, policies, and budgets.
• Manage department expenses and find cost-efficient ways to deliver events.
• Ensure all technical and production information is properly communicated to the team and relevant stakeholders.
• Handle technical issues, emergencies, and unexpected situations during events.
• Prepare necessary event documents, including staging sheets and show settlements.

About the role

About you

• Hands‑on experience with A/V equipment, sound systems, lighting consoles, projectors, and related technical equipment

• Knowledge of event production planning, crew scheduling, logistics, and show settlements

• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills

• Able to multitask, prioritize, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage

• Fluent in written and spoken English and Filipino
