Job summary

Spacey Design Manila is seeking a Project Manager who takes full ownership of execution from turnover to installation, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to Spacey’s gold-standard quality.

You will develop and manage timelines, budgets, and progress tracking; coordinate with clients, designers, estimators, purchasing, and production teams; and conduct site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and compliance.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of project management or similar role.
• Experience in events, activations, fit-outs, construction, or fabrication preferred.
• Strong timeline, production, and site execution understanding.
• Ability to handle multiple projects under pressure and tight deadlines.
• Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.
