Qualifications

• With proven experience as a Chef, Head Chef, or similar kitchen position.
• Strong and broad culinary knowledge.
• Experience in Thai and/or Vietnamese cuisine is highly preferred.
• For Head Chef candidates: experience in kitchen leadership and team supervision is required.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes according to established recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure consistency in food taste, quality, presentation, and portioning.
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of different cooking techniques, ingredients, and cuisines.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and proper food handling practices in the kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation standards.
• Monitor food quality, freshness, preparation, and proper storage of ingredients.
• Manage kitchen operations efficiently during service.
• Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth daily operations.
• For Head Chef-level candidates, provide leadership, direction, and supervision to the kitchen team.
• Perform other duties related to kitchen and restaurant operations.
