Job summary

Ortigas Land Corporation seeks a licensed BS Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to lead MEPF testing, commissioning, and turnover for mall, office, residential, and estate developments. Coordinate with construction and ensure operability and safety of operating personnel.

You will validate facilities standards, review designs, and facilitate budget estimates and project implementation with 4 years of T&C/Technical Services experience.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; licensed.
• With 4 years experience in T&C/ Technical Services.
• With Project experience.

Basic Function:

Directly coordinate with Construction to ensure effective Turnover of MEPF System by conducting a thorough equipment and systems Testing and Commissioning. Gather all learnings on all projects and document through MEPF design standard and improvement.

Required Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering graduate; must be licensed.
