Job summary

Ortigas Land Corporation seeks a licensed BS Mechanical & Electrical Engineer to lead MEPF testing, commissioning, and turnover for mall, office, residential, and estate developments. Coordinate with construction and ensure operability and safety of operating personnel.

You will validate facilities standards, review designs, and facilitate budget estimates and project implementation with 4 years of T&C/Technical Services experience.

Qualifications

• BS Mechanical and Electrical Engineering; licensed.
• With 4 years experience in T&C/ Technical Services.
• With Project experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage MEPFS testing and commissioning, pre-operation and turnover of mall, offices, residential and estate development.
• Validate operations and maintenance standards through facilities audit.
• Review of project design and construction to ensure plant operability and operating personnel safety.
• Facilitate budgetary cost estimate and project implementation.
