Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking an engineer to monitor turnover and project acceptance activities, perform punch listing, and coordinate QA/QC across architectural, civil, and MEPF systems. The role requires collaboration in inspection programs, maintenance, and ensuring proper project closure.

Ideal candidates hold a professional license in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering with 1–2 years of relevant experience and are prepared to engage in meetings and documentation

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Electrical or Mechanical Engineering).
• At least 1–2 years of working experience in the related field is required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor turnover and project acceptance activities.
• Perform punch listing on behalf of project proponents.
• Attend coordination meetings.
• Implement and control punch list parameters and acceptance guidelines for common area and residential units.
• Coordinate QA/QC with site construction manager on quality issues.
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs for architectural and civil works.
• Operate and perform preventive maintenance of MEPF systems.
• Monitor all critical parameters and ensure post-construction documentation and project closure.

Job description

• Monitor all turnover and project acceptance related activities on the project
• Perform all punch listing on behalf of the project proponents
• Attend coordination meetings
• Implementation and control of the agreed common area and residential unit punch lists inspection parameters and acceptance guidelines
• Coordinate all QA/QC with the site construction manager on all quality issues
• Collaborate and develop inspection and test programs on architectural and civil works
• Operation and preventive maintenance of MEPF system
• Operation and monitoring of all critical parameters
• Ensure strict post construction documentation and project closure

Job Qualification

• Candidate must possess a Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam) in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
• At least 1-2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
