• 12+ years of Quality Engineering and testing experience.

• Excellent stakeholder management and delivery governance skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end QE strategy for Digital Wealth platform implementation.
• Define and execute test strategies across wealth management, banking integrations, and cloud deployments.
• Manage functional, automation, performance, and UX testing teams.
• Drive quality governance, testing metrics, risk management, and timely project delivery.

QualityKiosk Technologies is hiring an experienced Test Manager – Digital Wealth for a strategic banking engagement with our client in the Philippines.

Experience: 12+ years. Joining: Immediate joiners preferred.

Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Test Manager to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering (QE) strategy for the implementation of a Digital Wealth platform. The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in Digital Wealth Management, Test Management, stakeholder engagement, and leading distributed QE teams across large-scale banking transformation programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end QE strategy for Digital Wealth platform implementation.
• Define and execute test strategies across wealth management, banking integrations, and cloud deployments.
