Job summary

Adept Global is seeking a Quality Assurance Manager – Digital Wealth to lead end-to-end QE strategy for a Digital Wealth platform implementation. The role requires strong expertise in Digital Wealth Management, test governance, and leading distributed QA/QE teams across large-scale banking programs.

You will drive quality, oversee test planning and defect management, and collaborate with client stakeholders, product, and development teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Management.
• Proven experience implementing or testing Digital Wealth Management platforms.
• Strong Test Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional and offshore QA/QE teams.
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, quality governance, and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale banking transformation or digital platform implementation projects preferred.

• Manage functional, automation, performance, and user experience testing teams.

• Own test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, documentation, and UAT coordination.

Role Overview
