Job summary

IT Managers Inc. in Metro Manila is seeking an experienced Test Manager to lead end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy for digital banking and wealth platforms.

You will develop test strategies, manage testing activities, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver quality solutions on time. You will oversee cross-functional and offshore teams, drive test automation initiatives, and ensure quality standards are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.
• 2+ years as a Test Manager, leading 10–12+ team members, including offshore teams.
• Strong banking/financial platform experience (Digital Wealth, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Cards, or Investment Banking).
• Understanding of Test Automation (hands-on or managerial oversight).

Job Qualifications (JQ)

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




• Minimum of 12 years of experience in Software Testing and Quality Engineering.




• Strong background in banking or financial platforms (Digital Wealth, Core Banking, Retail Banking, Payments, Cards, or Investment Banking).




• At least 2 years of experience as a Test Manager.




• Good understanding of Test Automation (hands-on or managerial oversight).




• Proven experience managing 10–12+ team members, including offshore teams.




• Strong stakeholder management, client-facing, leadership, and communication skills.




• Willing to work full onsite (Manila, Makati, or BGC).
