Job summary

Adept Global is seeking a Test Manager - Digital Wealth to lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy for a Digital Wealth platform in a major banking transformation. You will drive testing across wealth solutions, banking integrations, and cloud apps while guiding functional, automation, performance, and UX testing teams.

You will coordinate with client stakeholders, product, development, and offshore teams to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in Quality Engineering, Software Testing, or Test Management.
• Proven experience implementing or testing Digital Wealth Management platforms.
• Strong Test Management experience within Banking or Financial Services.
• Demonstrated experience leading large cross-functional and offshore QA/QE teams.
• Expertise in test strategy, test planning, quality governance, and defect management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Experience managing large-scale banking transformation or digital platform implementation projects is highly preferred.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end Quality Engineering strategy for Digital Wealth platform implementation.
• Define and execute test strategies across Digital Wealth solutions, banking integrations, and cloud-based applications.
• Manage functional, automation, performance, and user experience testing teams.
• Drive quality governance, testing metrics, risk management, and timely project delivery.
• Collaborate with client stakeholders, product teams, development teams, and offshore delivery teams.
• Own test planning, execution, defect management, reporting, documentation, and UAT coordination.
• Lead continuous quality improvement initiatives and ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices.
