Job summary

Thakral One Inc. in the Philippines is seeking an experienced Cross Domain Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing strategy for a major Core Banking Transformation Program. You will oversee testing across Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services to ensure quality delivery.

You will manage SIT, UAT, and End-to-End testing, coordinate across project teams, track defects, and define governance and reporting. Strong leadership and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of testing and quality assurance experience.
• Strong experience managing enterprise banking testing programs.
• Experience in Core Banking Transformation projects.
• Knowledge of Lending, CASA, Payments, and Common Services.
• Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills.
• Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.
