Trinity Workforce Solutions, Inc. in Taguig, Philippines, is seeking a Test Lead to drive functional testing for Cards Management Software CMS integrations and Visa certification across dedicated modules.

You will design test plans, lead SIT and UAT, coordinate with business, vendor and tech teams, and oversee defect triage, regression planning, and test automation using Playwright, Katalon Studio, or Selenium.

Qualifications

• Must-have: hands-on experience with BPC SmartVista and Cards Issuing domain across card flows.
• Must-have: strong ISO 8583 knowledge and Visa certification testing exposure.
• Must-have: automation experience with Playwright or Katalon/Selenium and API testing.
• Experience with Cards CMS platform testing and end-to-end card lifecycle validation is required.
• Knowledge of AWS and API validation tools like Postman/Swagger is a plus.
• Exposure to defect/test management tools (JIRA/ALM/Azure DevOps) is expected.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and own detailed test plans, test scenarios, and execution schedules for Cards functional areas and integrations.
• Lead SIT or UAT across CMS, channels, APIs, and batch interfaces; coordinate across teams.
• Execute Visa certification testing using Visa simulator; manage data readiness and evidence collection.
• Review requirements, specs, and API contracts to ensure coverage; lead defect triage and regression planning.
• Guide and mentor junior testers; drive automation initiatives using Playwright/Katalon.
• Report progress, risks, and quality observations to Test Manager.

Role Purpose

Lead functional testing workstreams for Cards Management Software CMS integrations Visa certification and automation delivery across assigned modulesinterfaces

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed test plans test scenarios test cases and execution schedules for assigned Cards functional areas and integrations
• Lead SIT or UAT execution across CMS digital channels internal systems thirdparty applications APIs and batch interfaces
• Execute and coordinate Visa certification testing using Visa simulator including test data readiness execution evidence and issue tracking
• Review requirements interface specifications file layouts and API contracts to ensure complete functional and integration test coverage
• Lead defect triage rootcause analysis coordination retesting and regression planning for assigned workstreams
• Guide Test Analysts Senior Testers Testers and Junior Testers on test execution quality and domain understanding
• Create and maintain automation scripts or guide automation development using Microsoft Playwright or Katalon Studio or equivalent for suitable regressionAPIUI scenarios
• Report test progress risks blockers and quality observations to the Test Manager

Skills Required

Mandatory Skills

• BPC SmartVista experience
• Mandatory Cards Issuing domain knowledge across creditdebitcorporate card flows
• Knowledge of ISO 8583 authorization clearing settlement and chargebackdispute flows
• Automation experience in Microsoft Playwright and/or Katalon Studio or equivalent automation CodeFirst tools like Selenium
• Experience in Cards CMS platform testing and end-to-end card lifecycle validation
• AWS awareness
• Experience in Visa certification testing using Visa simulator
• Strong API testing and batch testing experience including JSONXML file validation and SQL checks

• Experience designing test cases from BRDs FSDs API specifications interface documents and batch file layouts
• Experience with defect management and test management tools such as JIRA ALM Azure DevOps or equivalent
• Ability to lead small testing teams and coordinate with business vendor and technical teams
