Job summary

STMicroelectronics in the Philippines seeks a Manufacturing Equipment Engineer to install and ramp machines, create and maintain Equipment Documents, and drive OEE improvements. You will monitor yield and machine efficiency and support MTBI analysis and spare parts management.

The ideal candidate has a BS in Mechanical Engineering or any engineering discipline, strong Excel and Power BI skills, good presentation ability, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Excellent Excel and Power BI capabilities.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to learn across different manufacturing areas.
• Knowledge of TNF operations is advantageous.
• Experience with basic machine programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Create and maintain Equipment Documents (FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction).
• OEE improvement and stability.
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) analysis and improvement.
• Spare parts enrollment and maintenance.
• Handler Jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring.
• Monitor yield, output and machine efficiency.
• 5+ years exposure to SPEA & MATRIX2 machines.
