Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering course.
• Extensive knowledge of Excel and Power BI.
• Good presentation skills.
• Able to work independently.
• Flexible and willing to learn across Manufacturing areas.
• Basic machine programming is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Machine installation and ramp up.
• Creation and maintenance of Equipment Documents such as FMEA, PM Work Instruction, Machine Work Instruction.
• OEE improvement and stability.
• MTBI (Mean Time Before Assist) analysis and improvement.
• Spare parts enrollment and maintenance.
• Handler jam and MUBA data gathering and monitoring.
• Monitoring of yield, output, and machine efficiency.
