Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred).
• 5+ years in a test manufacturing environment as a process engineer is an advantage.
• Strong data analysis using Excel/Power BI and basic big data tools.
• English business proficiency in writing and presenting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the test and finishing process engineering group to support daily line operations.
• Perform yield monitoring and drive continuous improvement.
• Handle MRB, CI, and 8D processes and root-cause analysis.
• Own PFMEA, control plans, and process documentation.
